Whether you want to exercise in a group environment with our boot camp classes or prefer a one-on-one exercise session designed specifically for you and held in the privacy of your home, we have, or can design, a fitness program to help you meet your health and fitness goals.

Boot camp fitness is among the fastest growing group fitness programs and for good reason. They are popular because they are effective and fun. And, boot camp workouts are filled with variety. There is no way to get bored when the exercises and format are different for every class.

Boot Camp: The Perfect Before Work Workout!

Our boot camp classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 6-6:55AM at a convenient Potomac Falls, VA (Cascades) location: the Sterling Safety Center, Inc., home of the Sterling Volunteer Fire and Rescue Departments. This facility is located at 46700 Middlefield Drive, on the corner of Middlefield Drive and Cascades Parkway. With this convenient time and location, you can workout, then head to work!

A weekend warrior class is now available at 8:30am on Saturdays.

Classes are held outdoors except when the winter weather takes hold. On inclement weather days we move to the indoor comfort of Patton Hall, located right on the Fire and Rescue grounds.

Our boot camp classes are always a unique experience tailored to our client base. Our classes are never a canned class offered by larger chains.

Personal Training: One-on-One Workouts at home.

If you prefer a workout designed specifically for you, then one-on-one training held at your convenience is right for you. With one-on-one sessions you will receive the full attention of the trainer. These workouts are designed specifically to help you reach your goals. Our personal training clients also receive body composition tracking and we deliver monthly reports so you can see your progress as it relates to your goals.
